Same as every year, the Advenťák Run Plzeň kicked off our charity running series for 2026, and it was absolutely fantastic! The weather was perfect, and participation reached a record high—the largest turnout we've ever had in Plzeň. Enjoy the atmosphere with us through these photos. This year, records were broken in Prague. A record number of runners lined up at the start, and because they were in for a surprise in the form of a reversed course, new course records were set as well.

Magic happened in Brno this year. It rained all around Brno, and clouds gathered throughout the day, but not a single drop fell over our race venue or the surrounding Medlánky area. That is, until the volunteer firefighters showed the children how to spray water from a fire hose. And to top it all off, a rainbow appeared.

Ostrava was Incredible! From the early hours of race day, the sky was full of dark, fast-moving storm clouds, and it was clear that this year's Advenťáka Run in Ostrava would be a truly memorable experience. It turned out that not only us, but you as well, believe that skin is waterproof and that there’s no such thing as bad weather—only a poorly dressed runner. At the starting line, in the heaviest downpour Ostrava had seen in recent days, a record number of runners showed up. And 99.9% of them crossed the finish line not only completely (and we really mean completely) soaked, but also with huge smiles on their faces! Ostrava, thank you! ❤️
